Iberia NDC Support
The following are the various avenues open to you in order to contact Iberia for issues regarding our NDC channel.

Please use this email for questions or doubts regarding the onboarding process, and for general commercial questions relating to our NDC channel. It is not to be used for functional or technical queries that should be submitted through the NDC Support portal.
Iberia NDC Helpdesk portal
This is our Jira Service Desk tool for Functional and Technical queries for Sellers and Aggregator connected directly to our API.
It can be accessed at https://transform.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/10 .
Access to this portal has to be requested by email to IBNDC.Onboarding@iberia.es once you have registered and have your API credentials.
All certification processes are managed with a support ticket in this portal.
Any functional or technical questions regarding the use of our API services should be done by opening a support ticket, after having checked the message documentation and examples here.
When opening a support ticket is is essential that you always include all the relevant NDC message logs.
This portal is not to be used for commercial queries.
Iberia NDC Call Center
The Iberia Trade Call Center for Spain is available 24/7 in English and Spanish dialing 91 904 63 57.
For other markets please dial your local Iberia Call Center number, which can be found in our Travel Agency portal here. The portal can be accessed both by registered and non-registered (anonymous) Travel Agents. Some information is limited to only registered agents. Once in the portal, simply go to the “Products and Services” section and select “IB Call Centers Contacts (AG)” from the menu. Here you will find and Excel file containing all IB Call Centres in Spain, Europe, USA & LATAM).
They can be called in case of an incident with a booking or if you need to do something that is not possible via the API.
IAG Portal
Sellers can also use the IAG Portal as a Servicing Tool, accessible here, in the cases where they have yet to develop the necessary capability. To use this portal you need to be registered, which can be done here.
In case of issues/incidences when using the Portal, support can be requested by email to support-iag@iagportals.com
UPDATE as of December 17, only people with an Iberia or IAGGBS account will be able to access them. Write to jira.support.ib@iberia.es and we will help you with the change.
