The following sections/elements are explained in this Common Types section, as they are used in more than one API message.

In version 24.1, “Point of Sale” Common Type is optional and is not currently used. Any value entered will be ignored, as the data is processed based on the market registered with IATA.

Other Common Types are new in this version, such as DistributionChain and PayloadAttributes.
