Functional Description

 

OrderRetrieve service is used to retrieve live orders. Once the booking has passed to historical status, the Order is no longer retrievable.

If the Order has been modified outside of NDC (through our Call Center or by an Involuntary Schedule Change), then depending on the level of modification, the Order may or may not be retrievable through NDC. In some cases the Order is retrievable, however a warning is shown indicating that the Order cannot be serviced through the NDC channel and you need to call our Call Center).

Please remember that using IATA Delegation functionality an Order can be retrieved and serviced by a different Seller.

Retrieve by Order ID filter

  • Retrieve live orders that have been created previously. It will show only confirmed segments from retrieved order.

  • Retrieve orders updated outside NDC where segments are the same quantity and there have changes in class, date or flight number.

  • It will show only confirmed segments from retrieved order.

Retrieve by PNR & Surname filter

Same functionality as retrieves above in this case filtering by Iata Number, PNR, it airlineID associated & Surname.

  • If Surname characters are two, Surname introduced in RQ will filter these two characters.

  • If Surname characters are three or more, if first three surname characters introduced in the request matches, Order View RS will be correctly displayed.
